Refund Policy

1- The product is not refundable but transferable and lost product cannot be replaced.

2- In case of failed transactions or double realization of account for the same order, the total paid amount will be refunded.
3- In case of failed transactions, payment will be refunded by our payment gateway partners.
4- Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 15 working days, but typically within 3-5 working days
